My responsibilities in this capacity are as follow.

 Formulated strategy to ensure system’s transparency while managing procurement. Monitored sales, disbursements and stock. Conducted budgeting, costing and analysis activities for identifying risk areas.
 Rendered support in sales management, procurement management, inventory management while assisting in taxation, finance and accounts. Managed ERP management effectively while facilitating external audit.
 Prepare & Review digital media plans and monitor their implementation on timely basis.
 Prepare media buying reports and reconcile them with plans.
 Preparing budgets, forecasting and make variance analysis of various product lines.
 Analysed product line profitability, evaluated product-costing system, determined overhead absorption rate for each category with focus on cost savings and tested the inventory for NRV on regularly basis.
